Hi all,
     The paper for tomorrow's journal club meeting describes a method to transfer an electrophoresis gel onto a grid so that one can visualize it with electron microscopy.  The title of this paper is aptly named: 
   "Snapshot Blotting: Transfer of Nucleic Acids and Nucleoprotein Complexes from Electrophoresis Gels to Grids for Electron Microscopy"
